"New engines being evaluated in PFA aircraft include the Dieselair which is clocking up hours in a Luscombe Silvaire, the beautiful Rotec R2800 seven cylinder radial fitted to the UK prototype Kitfox Mk 5, and the Wilksch diesel, previously flown on a Europa airframe, now building up time in the Thorp T211 which was seen as a static exhibit at the last Cranfield rally."
